1. Take your vitamins. It's not that hard :)
2. Eat whole foods and less processed foods or fast food.
3. Don't drink soft drinks!
4. Water, water, water!
5. Try natural remedies and less chemicals!
6. Move your body, exercise is very important for your well being :)
7. Appreciate your body and take care of it!
8. Unwind with a glass of a good wine. Life is too short to give up on all the good stuff :)
9. Don't spend all your free time on your phone or in front of a TV.
10. Sleep more. You should get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night!
